1. Thoughtful review
Every enquiry is personally reviewed by Kirsty. This isn’t an automated process - time is taken to understand your vision, priorities, and how design might best support your plans.
2. Initial response
If the project feels like a good fit, you’ll receive a response outlining next steps, availability, and the most suitable way to work together - whether that’s full design, stationery, or design guidance.
3. Consultation and proposal
For full design and stationery projects, this usually leads to an initial consultation and tailored proposal.
For Design Guidance or Power Hour sessions, you’ll receive booking details and preparation notes to ensure you get the most value from your time.
4. A considered beginning
No pressure, no obligation - just clarity, direction, and an honest recommendation based on your needs.
Please note:
To maintain the level of care and detail each project deserves, Kirsty accepts a limited number of full design commissions per season.
Early enquiries are always recommended, particularly for peak dates.
