I'll take the time to understand your story, your vision and what you're looking for before deciding on the best next step.

Whether you've asked to chat over Zoom, continue by email or simply exchange messages on WhatsApp, I'll respond in the way that feels most comfortable for you.

3. We'll shape your ideas together
Some couples already know exactly what they want.
Others have Pinterest boards, screenshots and twenty different ideas.
​Both are completely fine.

If we need to, we'll arrange a relaxed Story Session to explore everything together before I begin creating your proposal.

4. You'll receive your bespoke proposal
Once I fully understand your wedding, I'll create a personalised proposal that reflects your vision, outlines my recommendations and clearly explains the investment involved.

Still wondering a few things?
Do I need to know exactly what I want before enquiring? Not at all. Some couples arrive with Pinterest boards, sketches and a clear vision. Others simply know how they want their wedding to feel. Both are equally welcome. My role is to help bring clarity, guide the creative direction and design something that feels entirely yours.
How soon should we enquire? The earlier, the better. Many couples book 12–18 months before their wedding, particularly for full design and bespoke projects. If your date is sooner, please don't let that stop you getting in touch. If I can help, I absolutely will.
Do you have a minimum investment? Yes. To ensure every project receives the time, creativity and attention it deserves, I have minimum investment levels depending on the type of service you're looking for. If you're unsure which service is right for you, simply tell me about your wedding and I'll recommend the most suitable approach.
Can we book just one service? Absolutely. Whether you're looking for a single statement sign, bespoke stationery, a full wedding design experience or a Design Power Hour, every enquiry starts with the same conversation. Together we'll decide which level of support is right for you.
Do you travel? Yes. I'm based in the West Midlands but regularly work throughout the UK and always happy to discuss destination weddings too. Travel requirements are included within your personalised proposal.
What happens after I enquire? Every enquiry is personally read by me. Depending on your preferred way of communicating, I'll either arrange a relaxed Story Session or continue our conversation via email or WhatsApp before creating a bespoke proposal tailored specifically to your wedding.
